CPP Civil
CPP have a dedicated in-house Civil construction department that plays a critical role in project delivery, providing scoping, estimating, management, and construction of civil works across transmission lines, renewables, and utility projects—giving us greater control over key project components.
Our capabilities include access tracks, roads, structural foundations, cable trenches, conduits, oil containment, and site infrastructure such as laydown areas and facilities. We also manage bulk earthworks, drainage, fencing, signage, and FRP works, ensuring seamless integration of civil works into every project we deliver.
The Opportunity
As a Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our industry leading projects by supporting the onsite civil works. Leading Hands will join a great team culture as part of our onsite construction teams and work collaboratively to deliver these major projects safely, on time and within budget.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience supervising civil works on large-scale infrastructure or utility projects
Strong leadership skills and proven experience in a supervisory capacity
Solid computer literacy, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
A strong commitment to safety and a solid understanding of SQE (Safety, Quality, Environment) practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
