About the Opportunity

The Manager, Recruitment Services is a key leadership role that oversees Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD)'s general recruitment function, ensuring MLHD attract, engage, and secure exceptional talent across the District. You will lead a high-performing team, strengthen partnerships with leaders, and drive improvements.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a large recruitment team to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused services.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that address current and future workforce needs across MLHD.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders on recruitment matters, workforce trends, and talent attraction strategies.
  • Champion change and continuous improvement, enhancing systems, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Represent MLHD in state-wide forums and working groups, contributing to sector-wide workforce initiatives.

  • Proven capability to lead through change, drive collaboration, and build a culture of performance and accountability.
