About the role - Permanent / Full Time Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we're searching for a proactive and energetic Recruitment Officer who loves connecting with great talent, building strong relationships, and creating an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment process — attracting, assessing, and welcoming amazing new team members.
- Write engaging job ads and run targeted recruitment campaigns to support our growing workforce.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, complete reference and compliance checks — keeping everything smooth and professional.
- Create a five-star candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities, ensuring new starters feel supported from day one.
- Keep recruitment systems and documentation organised and compliant.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver timely, quality recruitment outcomes.
- Support monthly reporting to track recruitment metrics and outcomes.

If you're a recruitment pro with 2+ years of experience — whether in-house or agency — and you thrive on managing the full recruitment cycle, we want to hear from you Your ability to build strong relationships across all levels and your drive to deliver results will make you a perfect fit.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in high-volume, end-to-end internal recruitment
- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
- A natural organiser who plans ahead and tackles tasks proactively
- Skilled at juggling multiple priorities — and always willing to go the extra mile
- A confident communicator who connects easily with stakeholders at every level
- A breath of fresh air, ready to bring your energy, ideas, and enthusiasm to the team
- Sharp instincts for screening candidates based on position descriptions and vacancy briefs
- A creative thinker with initiative and a knack for sourcing talent in unexpected places
- A true team player who builds strong, effective relationships across diverse internal and external networks
