The Opportunity

Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? We're currently seeking a
Recruitment Consultant – White Collar
to join our high-performing
Sydney South West team
. This role focuses on engaging with clients and candidates across
corporate, technical, and administrative roles
.

You'll manage a
hot desk
, build long-term relationships, and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes. Your contribution will directly impact business growth, and you'll be supported by a collaborative team and approachable leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels
  • Working towards clear targets with the support of a collaborative team
  • Playing a key role in growing our Sydney South West business

What we are looking for:

  • Previous recruitment experience, within the white collar/professional sector (administration, technical, engineering, or professional services).
  • A natural ability to build relationships and confidently engage with a wide range of people, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service, high energy, and a motivated, positive attitude.
  • Team-oriented, value-driven, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
