Melbourne office as a Claims & Injury Management Specialist in our People Solutions team.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting national and state-based clients with claims consulting, Return to Work and injury management
  • Partnering with clients to offer effective outsourced Return to Work support services, advice and technical expertise
  • Act as a subject matter expert for workers compensation and injury management for Lockton associates and our strategic partners
  • Managing a portfolio of workers compensation clients
  • Actively working with internal and external stakeholders on growth opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Drive, passion and a desire to make a difference
  • To be able to think creatively and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

You will need the following experience and qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of technical and/or Allied Health experience in workers compensation
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel for reporting
