We're growing our Medical Negligence practice and are looking for a passionate and experienced Paralegal to join our high-performing team. This is an incredible opportunity to build a meaningful career in one of the most rewarding and complex areas of law.

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with a senior solicitor on a diverse range of medical negligence matters, supporting them with case preparation, document management, and client communication. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your legal expertise while contributing to life-changing outcomes for clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a paralegal in medical negligence, personal injury, or a defendant health law environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A client-focused mindset with the ability to show empathy and professionalism.
  • Law students will be considered if you can work full-time hours and have at least one year of study remaining.
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
