We are hiring an
Investment Banking Business Analyst
to strengthen our deal execution team, bring deep SaaS financial acumen, and grow alongside a practice redefining what corporate advisory should look like in the modern world.

Financial Modelling Expert:

You thrive in financial modelling and data interpretation, producing accurate artefacts that hold up under investor and board scrutiny.

SAAS-Savvy:

You bring a strong understanding of SaaS metrics, subscription models, and valuation drivers specific to the software industry.

You are eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a future deal leader within a fast-scaling advisory practice.

Collaborative:

You enjoy working in a team, balancing productivity with positive energy and a founder-first mindset.

Integrity-Led:

You follow through on commitments and operate with trust and accountability.

What You Bring

Experience:

4 years in investment banking, corporate development, or financial advisory, ideally with exposure to SaaS transactions.

Financial Modelling Expertise:

Highly skilled in 3-statement modelling, SaaS revenue waterfalls, valuation models, and scenario analysis.

SaaS Domain Knowledge:

Familiarity with metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC payback, cohort analysis, churn, and unit economics.

Execution Skills:

Ability to support deal teams with analysis, due diligence prep, process management, and client-ready presentation materials.

Communication:

Clear, structured written and verbal communication suitable for C-level and investor audiences.
