Melt Nail Bar is a new boutique nail salon that emphasises relaxation and pampering in a chic and welcoming space. Our focus is on high quality nail care products and services, with the added indulgence of a licensed bar, where guests can enjoy a glass of wine or champagne while they relax.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Nail Tech Salon Manager to lead our talented team and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for both clients and staff. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the salon—managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and creating a positive culture that our team and clients love.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily salon operations and front-end management
  • Lead and support staff
  • Perform nail technician duties
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any client concerns
  • Track and drive team performance to hit salon goals
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health code compliance
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, staff training, scheduling of staff all with the support and assistance of the business directors

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a nail technician - management experience desirable
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Passionate about nails, beauty products and services and customer experience
  • Tech-savvy with POS or scheduling software is a plus (e.g. Fresha, Square)
  • Friendly, energetic, and a team player
  • RSA Certificate an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • No visa restrictions - willing to build long term career with us
