We're Hiring – Senior Building Manager | Sydney CBD / Potts Point

Excel Building Management has been servicing Sydney's high-end residential and commercial strata market for over 24 years, and we're now looking for an experienced Senior Building Manager to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile residential site in the CBD/Potts Point area, supported by our Operations Manager and Head Office.

What we're looking for:


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Experience in facilities/building management, strata, or property


• Ability to manage contractors, residents, and committees professionally


• A proactive, organised, and service-focused mindset
