O'Connell's Supervisor

A part of Morris Hospitality, O'Connell's South Melbourne has been at the forefront of pub gastronomy in Melbourne for 140 years.

We are looking for a hands on, vibrant and dynamic supervisor to join our small but dedicated management team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Have a strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
  • Capable of leading by example
  • Quick thinking
  • Honest and truthful
  • Previous use of H&L POS system an advantage
  • Team player - we need someone who can work with the team, as well as guide and train staff.
  • Build relationships with guests
  • Previous experience in floor, bar and function service required
  • Availability to work night and weekends

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally:

  • Have enthusiasm to create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service.
  • 1+ years' experience in a similar establishment.
  • A passion to improve your skills & embrace learning
