We are recruiting F&B rock stars for the upcoming spring racing calendar. Experience is essential with a preference given to staff who can work all 4 race days at Flemington. If this sounds like you then read on

Wait Staff, Bar Staff, Supervisors.   (The Below will be tested during the on-barding session)

  • Ability to carry drinks trays and 2 bottle service
  • 5 plate clear
  • 3 plate carry
  • Current RSA Certificate for VIC
  • Uniform of black straight legged trousers, black closed toed shoes, white long sleeved business shirt, black tie, black sock (or be willing to purchase)
