The opportunity
Mlily International (AUS) PTY LTD is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mitcham, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to customer questions and concerns, and provide solutions to address their needs
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using various software applications, such as Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
