Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representative position supports the sales effort by acting as a liaison between internal and external customers. This is achieved through processing customer orders and requests, as well as managing all facets of customer orders from initiation to invoicing.
Responsibilities- Process customer orders by creating the necessary documentation and support materials to communicate order specifications clearly
- Process other customer requests (quotation, job status, information) in a timely and proactive manner.
- Provide support, under the direction of the assigned Sales Representative, to internal and external customers through communication channels and task completion.
- Communication, both written and oral, with internal and external customers as required.
- Communicate the status of requests for orders and pending projects on Job Status Update.
- Make suggestions/requests for current and future needs.
- Work with purchasing to ensure materials for customer orders are procured.
