National Auto Glass Supplies is Australia and New Zealand's premier importer and wholesaler of automotive glass products.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as afull-time Customer Service Representative, working out of our distribution centre in Dandenong South, VIC.

Role Overview

As our Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be to provide a high level of service to our customers by fulfilling customer needs and attending to customer queries via phone, email or face-to-face.

Key Accountabilities
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Interacting in a polite and positive manner with customers face-to-face
  • Processing orders, invoices and payments
  • Resolving customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Your Qualifications & Skills

Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Proven experience as a customer service representative
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
  • Proficient computer skills

Previous administration experience is highly regarded, however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
