About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join MCC's Sydney plant. You will be the key link between Sales Representatives and the shipment of goods, ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish. You'll build product and customer knowledge, deliver outstanding service, and help drive our commitment to excellence. Duties Include
  • Respond to customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide timely updates on order status.
  • Support Account Managers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure all documentation is processed efficiently.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal departments to find effective solutions.
  • Work with the Customer Services team to improve processes, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.
About You
  • Experience in customer service is preferred (manufacturing, print and packaging experience is desirable).
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Impeccable phone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships.
  • Detail oriented and process driven.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation.
