Set within beautiful grounds in the seaside suburb of Hove, Alwyndor delivers on-site residential living and support at home services, along with therapy and wellbeing services that empower the people in Adelaide's southern metropolitan region to live healthy, engaged and fulfilled lives.

Reporting to the General Manager, the
Executive Manager, Corporate Services
is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational delivery of core corporate functions.

This role ensures the organisation's overall financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and risk resilience.

Key areas of responsibility include but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Leading the development of corporate services strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Providing effective financial and operational management
  • Leading procurement strategy and policy, contract and supplier management and fleet operations
  • Ensuring effective management and maintenance of all physical assets and facilities
  • Leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation's ERM framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Leading, mentoring and developing high performance teams across corporate services

As the successful candidate, you will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a related field, CPA or CA qualified
  • Experience leading corporate services in a values-driven organisation
  • Strong financial acumen with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and driving financial sustainability across multi-service environments.
  • Deep understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks, with experience embedding governance, policy, and internal controls that align with sector standards and legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence executive teams, boards, government bodies and external partners
  • Transformational leadership fostering high-performing and agile corporate services teams
  • A National Police Check, driver's licence and evidence of entitlement to work in Australia

A strong understanding of the Aged Care sector, regulations, standards and best practices is also desirable but not essential.
