Role Overview

As Manager, Corporate Services at Hutt St Centre, you'll join our Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in driving collaborative best practice across a cross-functional portfolio, including administration, payroll, facilities, WHS, data, logistics, and organisational sustainability.

Reporting to the General Manager, Sustainability, you will lead key operations in finance, administration, data analytics, governance, WHS, and logistics, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting clear, effective communication across the broader Sustainability team.

Your leadership over 4 direct reports will be essential in driving continuous business improvement, managing a diverse team, and supporting our mission to end homelessness.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

  • Commitment to upholding Hutt St Centre's values and mission
  • Proven experience in leading, managing and developing teams
  • Tertiary qualified with a corporate services, compliance and safety background
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MYOB, SHEQSE or similar accounting and safety systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working for a non for profit (desired)
  • Valid National Police Clearance, DHS Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
  • Full unrestricted work rights
