This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual with strong people and sales skills to become an integral part of Puratap, a leading Australian-owned business. As an industry leader with over 29 years of experience in manufacturing and retailing water purifiers, Puratap provides clean, pure drinking water to households across South Australia. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for quality and customer service to help elevate our growing Customer Service team.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone with leadership experience and a passion for motivating teams. You'll support and inspire a small team while delivering exceptional customer service and helping drive sales. If you are a self-starter, able to prioritize tasks, and possess a positive, dynamic attitude, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support a small team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring a positive work culture
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to implement new initiatives and processes
  • Leverage your problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Support the sales process and promote the benefits of our water purification products
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure team members are well-informed
