**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Experience with MS Office including Excel (ability to manipulate data)
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Organized and time efficient
- High attention to detail
- Friendly with great communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Working rights in South Australia
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Food Production Industry preferred

Work Location: In person

**Daily Tasks**:

- Be the first point of contact to record customers’ concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer questions to your best ability - escalate issues to managers as necessary
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ concerns
- Open new customer accounts
- Order entry, invoicing, pallet control and reconciliation of all accounts
- Checking and approving freight and storage invoices.
- Freight booking and offsite storage bookings
- Truck manifests and admin for dispatch
- Assist with Customer forecasting and planning the production schedule according to customer requirements
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Other data entry and administration requirements as required
- Reception duties when required including answering phones, greeting and check-in of site visitors

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
