Australian Refrigeration Services specialize in customised Industrial Refrigeration design, installation and 24/7 repair and maintenance for refrigeration equipment, for clients including those in food manufacturing and storage sectors.
We are currently looking for an Office All-Rounder to join our team based in Kings Park, Sydney, NSW. Please note that due to company expansion, our office will be relocating to Seven Hills, Sydney, NSW. Your anticipated start date will be Approx. end of August to September 2025.
This position includes full training and ongoing support and involves general administrative duties, as well as responsibilities in multiple departments and accounts.
This position is full-time, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday in an office environment.
The right candidate must have excellent customer and organisation service skills. Analytical and data entry experience is desirable, but not essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks are very highly regarded.
Job description, duties and responsibilities:
· General Office Administrative Duties
· Processing all company credit card receipts.
· End to end processing of Accounts Payable.
· Support team members with administrative tasks
· Prepare Invoices to customers and chase purchase orders.
· Chase Invoices from suppliers
· Assign employees for day to day scheduled works
· Organise PPE for set up of new employees
Essential skills and traits:
· Ability to work well with others
· Effective communicator
· Excellent organisational and planning skills
· Experience with Xero would be desirable but not essential
· Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word & Excel)
This role requires the successful candidate to be vaccinated against Covid-19, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our people and customers. You will be required to also undertake a medical examination.
