The Role: Full-time | Booragoon:

Join our team as a Clinical Co-ordinator/Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless experience for both our customers and clinical team.

You've got the talent for keeping things running smoothly, and we'll provide expert training in clinical and optical practices. Co-ordination experience is preferred to be successful

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role - no weekends

Here's where you'll make your mark:

  • Clinic Flow: Be the key link between the retail team and Optometrists, ensuring pre-testing is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Sharp Scheduling: Answer phones, manage bookings, and assist with appointment changes to keep everything running clearly.
  • Focus on the Day-to-Day: Coordinate clinic operations, support stock management, and keep the store looking sharp while delivering great service under pressure.
