What you'll be doing

  • Be the first point of contact — greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming calls across our national call queues, ensuring every caller feels valued
  • Keep reception, meeting rooms, and common areas looking professional and welcoming
  • Assist with a variety of administration tasks
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Support internal meetings and staff events (including catering arrangements)
  • Liaise with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year office administration experience (law firm or professional services experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Great organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A friendly, approachable nature and genuine commitment to client service
