Are you a friendly, reliable person passionate about delivering quality patient care and customer service within a dental clinic?

Parliament Place Dental is seeking a motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide full administrative support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing communications (phone, email, text)
  • Processing payments and health fund claims
  • Maintaining accurate records

Located conveniently in West Perth, our practice is a short walk from public transport and local cafes.

We are looking for someone with at least one year of working experience as a dental receptionist. Initially, this is a casual role, with a view to taking on more hours as you develop.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a dental reception role
  • Punctual, friendly, and reliable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow procedures

Desirable:

  • Familiar with D4W
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
