Expert Hearing Care is a market leader in the growing hearing health sector. We're passionate about breaking the stigma around hearing loss and making hearing care accessible to all.

We're looking for a professional, client-focused Part-time or Casual Receptionist to join our Albany Clinic. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people every day, takes pride in their organisational skills and wants to make a difference in the lives of others.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients—greet, assist, and schedule appointments.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and client records.
  • Support the clinic Audiologist by coordinating bookings and following up with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, to ensure a welcoming clinic environment.
  • Contribute to strategies that increase client inquiries, increase clinic foot traffic, and enhance overall clinic success.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in reception or customer service, preferably in healthcare or allied health.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Ability to manage a busy clinic environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Confident using computer systems and booking software, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to anticipate clinic needs and support the team effectively.
