The Role

Reporting to the Service Manager - Cairns and based in Cairns, the Service Projects Supervisorwill play a vital role in managing and leading Service Projects in the Cairns region to achieve optimum profitability whilst providing certainty to our customers, our employees and our sub-contractors. Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Complete projects on time and within budget, maximizing variations.
  • Provide monthly cost estimates, cash flow, and progress claims.
  • Assess risks, manage costs, and optimize project outcomes.
  • Review contracts, manage suppliers, and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with tenders, evaluate specs, and follow up on pricing.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and support project success.
  • Oversee daily activities, site operations, and work schedules.
  • Provide monthly cost estimates, cash flow, and progress claims
  • Provide technical and business support to team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
