About the Role

Due to continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to oversee on-site operations. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who leads by example, not just someone who delegates from the sidelines.

You'll be responsible for coordinating crews, ensuring compliance with WHS regulations, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The work will be varied across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

  • Supervise asbestos removal teams on-site, ensuring safe work practices.
  • Oversee project setup, containment, and removal procedures.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, site managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Complete project documentation and reports accurately.
  • Operate machinery or assist with hands-on tasks when required.

What we're looking for

  • Current A-Class Asbestos Removal Supervisor Ticket.
  • Minimum LR Truck licence, HR preferred.
  • White Card and proven leadership experience.
  • Solid understanding of WHS & SafeWork SA requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
