Marano's Fuel are currently seeking a dedicated full-timeSite Supervisor to lead our Malanda Site. As the Site Supervisor you will report directly to the Retail Manager, who will provide you with their support and guidance. The suitable candidate will be customer-orientated, results driven and possess supervisory or management experience in a similar role.

Daily duties include:

· All levels of employee management including – recruiting/training, rostering and approving leave

· Providing a high level of customer service

· Cash handling and daily reconciliations

· Complete staff rostering to budgeted hours

· Manage all aspects of stock control warehouse/retail section. Includes ordering, displaying, upselling and stock rotation

· Undertaking general administrative duties

· Management of workplace health & safety procedures

· Maintain a clean and safe facility

About you:

· High level customer service and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and a team environment

· Have a strong work ethic

· Experience/competent (excel, outlook)

· Time management skills

· Previous experience or experience in a similar role would be advantageous

· Working within business requirements which may include working after hours, public holidays and weekends
