The Roles:

We're looking for friendly, motivated supervisors to join our leadership team:

  • Guest Services Supervisor – Lead our front office and guest service operations, ensuring every stay runs smoothly.
  • Bar Supervisor – Oversee our vibrant bar and beverage service, keeping the good times flowing for our guests.

Both roles are hands-on positions where you'll lead by example, motivate your team, and help maintain our resort's high service standards.


What You'll Do:

Guest Services Supervisor

  • Supervise daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
  • Support and train the guest services team to deliver professional, friendly service.
  • Use NewBook PMS to manage bookings accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless guest experiences.

Bar Supervisor

  • Lead bar operations to deliver exceptional service in a busy, family-friendly environment.
  • Train and motivate bar staff to uphold presentation and service standards.
  • Manage stock control, cash handling, and ensure RSA compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team during holiday and peak periods.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or hospitality role (front office or bar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for guest service.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
  • For Bar Supervisor: Current RSA or can obtain.
  • For Guest Services Supervisor: Experience using NewBook PMS or similar systems an advantage.
