In this position you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day implementation of the project, engaging with site leaders, the business, and other key stakeholders to achieve the projects and business goals. This position performs a crucial role in coordinating all administrative aspects of the project.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a high level of attention to detail, and an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

- Gladstone based role
- Monday to Friday - 48 hours

The Project Administration Department is responsible for, but not limited to:

- Daily activity sheets (including timesheets)
- Establishing, controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and records
- Efficiently preparing and managing a variety of correspondence
- Stock and inventory control
- General administration duties for the project team
- Other relevant duties as may be required from time to time

To be successful you will have:

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in administration
- Experience in the construction industry (desirable)
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent time management, workload prioritisation, organisation, and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driver Licence
- Construction Card (blue or white)
