About the Role
At an exciting time to join Score's HSEQ team, we are looking for a HSEQ Administrator,who shares their passion and drive for excellence and success.
TheHSEQ Administrator main responsible will be providing effective administrative support to our HSEQ team. This role is heavily involved in Quality Assurance documentation. This permanent Full-time position exists at our Gladstone Facility.
Responsibilities
Duties shall include, but will not be limited to:
- Assist in the generation and maintenance of reports, procedures and templates.
- Compilation of test certification from Quality Assurance documents (ensuring data integrity).
- Assist in the administration of AS/NZS ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, AS/NZS ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Generation and approval of product certification packages.
- Administration of internal systems Audits.
- Maintenance of registers and schedules.
- Assist in the management of workers compensation claims.
- Assist in organisational training and provide administration support as required.
- Assist with non-conformity and action close-out within the Incident and NCR systems.
- Prepare HSEQ meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the operational needs of the HSEQ department.
Qualifications, Licences & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HSEQ Administration or Administration role.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering HSEQ excellence and learning HSEQ processes.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package - Word, Excel Powerpoint, Outlook.
- Current Driver's Licence.
