At SLCN Therapy, we're dedicated to supporting children and young people with disabilities through evidence-based, family-centred care. We're growing our interdisciplinary team and are looking for a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join us in Derrimut.

SLCN Therapy is an allied health organisation providing early intervention and therapy services to children aged 0–18 and their families. Your Role

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Deliver early intervention services in clinic, home, school, and online settings.
  • Conduct standardised assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with families to set functional, routine-based goals.
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each child's needs.
  • Empower families through education, coaching, and support.
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback, training, and innovation.

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA (or relevant professional body).
  • A passion for working with children and families in a fun, meaningful way.
  • Experience in paediatric assessment and intervention.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Required compliance:

  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate or exemption
  • First Aid certification
  • Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
