Join Connected 2 Country Allied Health (C2CAH), a registered NDIS provider delivering culturally appropriate NDIS services to some of the most beautiful and remote Indigenous communities in Far North Queensland.

C2CAH is a small but passionate multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists working across Cape York, the Torres Strait, and the Gulf of Carpentaria. We are deeply committed to building trust, empowering communities, and providing person-centred, culturally safe therapy.

Our primary caseload is mixed with a paediatric focus, but we also support adults with disability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) with 2 years clinical experience (desirable).
  • Full General AHPRA Registration (Current)
  • Blue Card or equivalent (Current).
  • NDIS Worker Screening - Yellow Card (Current).
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate (desirable).
  • Experience delivering evidence based therapy to a paediatric, adolescent, and adult caseload (Desirable).
  • A commitment to continuing professional growth and development.
  • Experience utilising Zanda (previously Power Diary) practice management software or equivalent cloud based platform (desirable).

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Delivering face-to-face NDIS Occupational Therapy Services in very remote communities of the Torres Strait and Cape York regions of Queensland via a Fly-In and Fly-Out Multidisciplinary Team model with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists.
  • 60% Paediatric and 40% Adult Caseload
  • You will be required to perform assessments, deliver ongoing therapies, complete all reporting requirements, and to trial and script appropriate assistive technologies (AT).
  • Positions available for an immediate start or flexible start dates to come and join our growing team.
