Are you an experienced, motivated, and passionate Occupational Therapist ready to take the next step in your career? Kids Care Collective is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our warm and dynamic team, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while guiding and supporting others in their professional growth.
Responsibilities- Provide advanced clinical services to children (ages 0–12) with developmental delays and disabilities.
- Conduct complex functional assessments and deliver high-quality, goal-focused reports.
- Implement evidence-based interventions through individual and group therapy.
- Lead and mentor junior OTs and Allied Health Assistants, providing supervision and clinical guidance.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and program design (including groups and school-based services).
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and our multi-disciplinary team across diverse environments – clinic, home, school, community, and Telehealth.
