Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to clients. The role includes working with clients across the lifespan, predominantly in the Early Intervention space, and may involve school and home visits, as well as participation in group sessions. The therapist must collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in paediatric Occupational Therapy desirable but not essential
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
