The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Sales team supported by an Agentic SalesOps operation. Rolling monthly contract.

Core Capabilities

  • GRC Software Experience
  • Knowledge and commitment to cadence and deal management
  • Experience in leadership of SaaS growth teams
  • Extensive negotiation experience with Tier 1 Corporations

Responsibilities

  • Ensure systems and processes (supported by AI Agents) are utilised and leveraged
  • Accuracy in Forecasting and Pipeline coverage management
  • Hands on support to a talented Sales Team
  • Deliver growth targets and customer acquisition goals

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Extensive Sales Methodology Experience including MEDDIC
  • 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years' of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership skills
