Are you a driven, sales leader who thrives under pressure? Montgomery Homes is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Sydney team. We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage - they inspire and drive their team to new heights.
This role suits either:
- An experienced Sales Manager with a proven record in residential building, OR
- A current Sales Executive / Senior Consultant ready to take the next step and prove they've got what it takes to lead.

Montgomery Homes has been building beautiful homes for sloping and level sites across NSW for more than 35 years. With over 300 functional and stylish designs, we're known for superior inclusions, efficient service, and an extensive display home network. We're growing fast in Sydney and need a leader who can take us further.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you'll drive the sales strategy across Sydney and lead a motivated team of consultants. Success in this role comes from being present, building strong connections, and working side by side with your team across the office and display homes. Your leadership will help the team reach their goals - and exceed them
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to the Sydney market.
- Mentor, coach, and lead the Sydney sales team to help them achieve and exceed their sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training to sharpen skills and expand product knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with land agents and developers to secure opportunities.
- Solve client challenges, ensuring an exceptional experience every time.
- Driving and achieving sales targets through effective client engagement and communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a sales leadership role OR a senior sales consultant ready to step into leadership, preferably within the home building industry or a related field.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- A natural leader, collaborative in your approach, driven and results-oriented, able to nurture your team while keeping them accountable.
