About the Role

As our Contract Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of signage projects. You'll be managing contracts and project documentation, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, from council permits to final sign-off.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and project documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure contract compliance

  • Track key project milestones, variations, and deliverables

  • Manage permit applications and ensure compliance with local signage regulations

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, approvals, and communication

  • Assist with project cost tracking, invoicing, and variations

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in contract administration, within the signage industry (essential).

  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Familiarity with local council permit processes is a plus

  • Proficiency in Aroflo and project coordination tools
