Sales Representative – Solar Energy

Full-time | Blacktown NSW

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic solar energy team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing industry and help Australian households and businesses transition to clean, sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
  • Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients.
  • Follow up with leads and manage the full sales process from enquiry to close.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within solar, energy, or home improvement industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated, results-driven, and confident working both independently and in a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in renewable energy.
