Sales Development Representative (Sydney)

Bloom Dots is a fast-growing marketing and media agency helping businesses grow through content and strategy. We're building a sales team to fuel our next stage of growth and are looking for a driven, confident, and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sydney team.

This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time and leadership as you prove yourself and take on more responsibility.

What You'll Do

  • Client Outreach (Starting Point) – Begin with cold calling to open conversations and build pipeline. (If you already have sales experience, you'll move faster into higher-level responsibilities.)
  • Pipeline Development – Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and schedule meetings for senior team members.
  • Sales Strategy Input – As you grow, contribute to shaping outreach campaigns and improving sales processes.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement – Support campaigns through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with offshore assistants, and once confident, take a leadership role in guiding them.
  • Growth Path – Progress from outreach → running your own meetings → full-cycle closing → leading part of the sales team.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior sales, cold calling, or business development experience preferred (but not essential — we'll train the right mindset).
  • Confident communicator – clear, professional, persuasive.
  • Resilient mindset – comfortable with rejection, stays motivated.
  • Self-driven & reliable – takes initiative, consistent with targets.
  • Based in Sydney for onboarding (hybrid/remote possible later).

Schedule & Growth Path

  • Start part-time (approx. 3-4 days per week, 20-24 hours total).
  • Begin in-office to kick off.
  • Opportunity to expand into full-time and leadership role as you grow.

Pay Structure (Performance-Focused)

  • Option A: Hourly base pay + small commission.
  • Option B: No base pay + higher commission.

We'll work with you to match pay to your experience and ambition — strong performance = faster growth + higher earnings.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
