Job Description

At the heart of it all? Giuseppe's Cantina – our vibrant in-house restaurant serving up rustic Italian favourites with a bold twist. It's where locals gather, travellers indulge, and flavour takes centre stage.

We're on the lookout for a Part-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to bring energy, creativity, and leadership to our friendly team. If you've got a passion for people, a love for hospitality, and a talent for turning everyday moments into memorable experiences — we want to hear from you.

The Role? It's More Than Service – It's Leading With Style

You'll be the heartbeat of Giuseppe's Cantina and our bar operations, confidently steering the team through busy service periods while making sure every guest leaves smiling. You'll:

  • Lead the floor during service, setting the vibe and the standard
  • Be hands-on and supportive, coaching the team to deliver those "wow" moments
  • Help with rostering and training, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Handle challenges with a cool head and a guest-first mindset
  • Be a champion for creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the ibis Styles brand
Qualifications

You'll Thrive In This Role If You:

  • Have hospitality running through your veins and a genuine love for great food & drink
  • Have previous experience supervising a team (or are ready for that next step)
  • Are confident in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people
  • Hold a valid RSA
  • Are happy to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
