Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional hospitality services across various venues.

- Supporting wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with our Health and Wellness Team.
- Ensuring optimal stock levels and product offerings to meet customer demands.
- Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for guests.
- Compliance with liquor licensing regulations and internal policies is crucial.
- Support daily operations, marketing efforts, and event coordination.
- Implementation and optimization of point-of-sale and stock control systems.
- Collaboration with security teams to uphold health, safety, and quality standards.
- Labor, COGS, and operational costs are closely monitored; corrective actions are taken as needed.
- Weekly sales reports and monthly financial summaries are provided.
- Regular stock checks and audits ensure financial compliance.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in managing food and beverage operations, preferably in hotels or resorts. Proficiency in POS systems and managing profit-and-loss accounts is also essential. Strong leadership skills, especially in staff management and operational oversight, are required along with excellent interpersonal and supervisory abilities.
Key Requirements- A minimum of 3 years in multi-outlet food and beverage management, preferably in hotels or resorts.
