Hospitality Operations Manager

Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional hospitality services across various venues.

  • Oversight and coordination of staff, ensuring they possess the necessary qualifications and certifications.
  • Team members will be cross-trained to align with business objectives and goals.
  • Maintaining a positive work culture, fostering employee engagement and succession planning.
  • Supporting wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with our Health and Wellness Team.
  • Ensuring optimal stock levels and product offerings to meet customer demands.
  • Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for guests.
  • Compliance with liquor licensing regulations and internal policies is crucial.
  • Support daily operations, marketing efforts, and event coordination.
  • Implementation and optimization of point-of-sale and stock control systems.
  • Collaboration with security teams to uphold health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Labor, COGS, and operational costs are closely monitored; corrective actions are taken as needed.
  • Weekly sales reports and monthly financial summaries are provided.
  • Regular stock checks and audits ensure financial compliance.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in managing food and beverage operations, preferably in hotels or resorts. Proficiency in POS systems and managing profit-and-loss accounts is also essential. Strong leadership skills, especially in staff management and operational oversight, are required along with excellent interpersonal and supervisory abilities.

  • A minimum of 3 years in multi-outlet food and beverage management, preferably in hotels or resorts.
