Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead the operations of our hospitality venues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-outlet food and beverage management, preferably in hotels or resorts.

The successful candidate will oversee profit and loss accounts for the hospitality venues, including ordering, invoicing, stock control, quality assurance, and legislative compliance. They will also be responsible for coordinating monthly stock takes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate and supervise staff: Ensure that staff across departments have the necessary qualifications and RSA certification.
  • Cross-train team members: Set KPIs aligned with company objectives and drive a values-based culture.
  • Drive employee engagement: Support wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with the Health and Wellness Team.
  • Maintain stock levels: Enhance product offerings and ensure a safe and respectful environment for guests.
  • Ensure compliance: Uphold Liquor Licensing and internal policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience: In multi-outlet food and beverage management, preferably in hotels or resorts.
  • Experience with POS systems: Manage P&L accounts and provide weekly sales reports and monthly financial summaries.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality reservation systems.
