About Us

Physio K is a friendly, community-focused physiotherapy clinic dedicated to helping people move well and feel their best. We're looking for someone reliable and welcoming to join our team in a part-time role that combines reception and simple clinic support.

About the Role

This is a straightforward, steady role where you'll be the friendly face of our clinic and help things run smoothly day to day. No medical or physio background is required — full training will be provided.

The position begins with 1 shift per week, with the possibility of expanding to 2 shifts per week over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients and making them feel welcome
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and appointments
  • Processing payments and handling basic admin tasks
  • Keeping treatment rooms tidy and organised
  • Assisting physiotherapists with simple patient support (no clinical experience needed)
