The Role

Redsky Dental Pty Ltd trading as Bobby Chhoker Clinic is looking for a highly organised and experienced Dental Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our modern dental practice in Bondi Junction. This is a hands-on role that involves managing staff, clinic workflow, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing service-based businesses and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including reception, scheduling, and staff coordination
  • Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff to maintain efficient service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards
  • Manage patient bookings, billing, and records using dental practice software
  • Resolve patient enquiries and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage supplier relationships
  • Monitor budgets and assist with financial and operational reporting
  • Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment, staff training, and team development

Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Management with at least one year of experience in the industry or Minimum 1 year experience in a clinic, practice, or service-based management role
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with dental or healthcare software systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to healthcare practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualifications in Business, Health Administration, or Practice Management are desirable
