We're seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join our Bondi Junction team. You'll be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring each client has a smooth and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.


The Role

This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment and takes pride in great organisation and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and providing exceptional front-desk service
  • Answering phones, responding to emails and managing bookings
  • Coordinating practitioner schedules and daily operations
  • Processing HICAPS, Medicare, NDIS and private payments
  • Managing invoices, receipts, and general office administration
  • Supporting clinicians with communication and client follow-up
  • Assisting with marketing, reminders and patient engagement

About You

You'll be someone who is:

  • Warm, professional, and enjoys helping people
  • Confident multitasking in a busy environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with clinic software (Cliniko, Nookal or similar experience preferred)
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Experienced in reception, admin or customer service (healthcare experience an advantage but not essential)
