IT Administration Support

  • Full Time Opportunity
  • Sydney, Singleton, Speers Point, Woonona, Lithgow location | Flexible Hybrid arrangements

About the role:

This role provides administrative coordination and support for the IT Function as well as end‑user services across the organisation. The IT Administrator Support role focus on service desk triage and communications, onboarding and offboarding logistics, asset and licence administration, procurement and vendor coordination, reporting, documentation and compliance activities to ensure consistent, reliable and secure IT service delivery.

Keys accountabilities:

  • Ensuring procurement is managed effectively i.e. raising purchase requisitions and processing invoices.
  • Monitor shared queues and triage tickets; ensure accurate categorisation, assignment and updates; maintain communications and manage expectations; uphold SLAs and escalate per process.
  • Create/disable accounts in accordance with company needs
  • Assist in maintaining accurate CMDB/asset registers

About you:

  • 3+ years administration experience
  • Interested in a career in IT
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
  • High level of customer service ability
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
