Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role for a Network Support Technician located in Sydney, NSW. The Network Support Technician will be responsible for administering and troubleshooting network systems, providing technical support, and ensuring network security. Day-to-day tasks include network administration, network troubleshooting, and delivering timely technical support to maintain optimal network performance.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and Network Security skills
  • Network Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are beneficial
  • Experience in the IT industry, particularly with network systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
