About the Role

As a Program Facilitator, you'll help deliver engaging programs that support young people—especially those from low socio-economic and remote communities. These programs use sport to build life skills, confidence, and connection.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating programs in schools and community settings
  • Helping shape program content
  • Coordinating schedules with schools and partners
  • Gathering feedback and stories to help us measure impact
  • Maintain program records in line with program funding

This is a part time (0.8FTE), permanent opportunity working Monday to Thursday. While facilitating programs, typical hours will vary to meet the needs of the program.


What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with young people and is committed to creating positive change. You might have a qualification in youth work, community services, education, or a related area—or be working towards one.

You'll be great in this role if you:

  • Have experience facilitating programs or workshops
  • Communicate clearly and build strong relationships
  • Enjoy working in a team and with external partners
  • Are organised and adaptable
  • Have a background in sport or physical education (a bonus, not a must)

To work with us, you'll need a current WA Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and WA Driver's Licence.
