**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate **Respectful Relationships Facilitator** to join a team of dedicated educators in primary prevention of domestic and family violence and promotion of good mental health in CatholicCare’s Healthy Young People six-week program delivered in local schools.

The successful applicant will co-facilitate Respectful Relationship education and Mental Health education to school students 11 to 18 year olds with the aim of teaching mental health strategies, active bystander tools and challenging gender stereotypes. The successful applicant will be engaged for 6 weeks of each school term.

Based on the Central Coast, this is a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential of being extended. The successful incumbent will be working on a casual basis. Working hours will be 2 days per week between 4 - 6 hours a day during school hours.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide high quality group facilitation support to the Respectful Relationship education program.
- Appropriate and accurate record keeping in accordance with the principles of confidentiality.
- Promoting collaborative teamwork with Co-facilitator.
- Monitoring and evaluating feedback and supporting the implementation of improved practice.

**Skills & experience required**:

- Minimum Diploma in Community Services or equivalent.
- Desirable experience in facilitating group programs.
- Sound understanding of child protection and mandatory reporting.
- Able to creatively engage with young people.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Full NSW drivers’ licence and access to own car.
