Farha Diba, Owner and Principal of Raine & Horne Ingleburn, is seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Agent to join her successful and fast-paced team in the Sydney Southwest region.

We are looking for a motivated professional with proven experience in real estate — someone hungry, eager, and committed to achieving consistent monthly listings. No KPI tracking is required; what matters is your passion, energy, and ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and secure new listings on a consistent basis.
  • Conduct appraisals, open homes, and private inspections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Represent the Raine & Horne brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Active Real Estate Licence (NSW).
  • Proven experience in residential sales or listing generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple listings.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
